The Westpac Ride for a Cure is the opportunity to raise money whilst cycling from Forster to Sydney, stopping at Hawks Nest and the Central Coast.
This is a three day ride, from Forster via Hawks Nest and Central Coast to the finale in Sydney.
The Westpac Ride for a Cure raises vital funds for pioneering cancer research at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. It is organised by the Tour de Cure, an Australian charity that raises money to fund cancer research, prevention and support services and programs. They are based in Sydney and organise cycling tours and fundraising events throughout Australia. Most of the rides tend to be a multi-day ride or event covering anywhere from 200 to 1000 km.
