MACA Cancer 200 Ride for Research rides between Perth and Mandurah to conquer cancer.
MACA Cancer 200 Ride for Research is a 2 day cycling event with an overnight camp between Perth and Mandurah. Over 1000 cyclists will take on the personal challenge of riding 200km in two days to fight cancer and support medical research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
This ride has rebranded and used to be known as The Ride to Conquer Cancer Perth. It’s still the same ride, but just with a new name!
Over the years, the route has changed. This event starts and finishes at Optus Stadium. It used to ride out to Pinjarra but now overnights in Mandurah.
You can expect a solid weekend of riding to cover about 200km, travelling through the back roads and along bike paths. You’ll be camping overnight and can drop off your gear at the start and then collect it at the end. All meals are catered for ie lunch and dinner on Saturday and then breakfast on Sunday.
This is a great community event for a good cause!
