South West Bike Trek is a week long charity ride through scenic SW WA

Cycle for a Cure is a 4 day long charity ride through the scenic southwest of Western Australia.

This charity ride raises funds for the Children’s Leukaemia & Cancer Research Foundation. The ride is organised by CLCRF Foundation member, Eric Maddock, with the help of Lions and Rotary Clubs.

The 588km ride starts at Subiaco in Perth, and finishes at Augusta about 300km south of Perth. The ride organisers emphasise that it isn’t a race, and that the group will work together to ensure each other’s wellbeing.

This is a small ride but it looks like a wonderful opportunity to explore a scenic part of WA by bike and to also help raise funds for sick kids.
