Ride Details

Ride for Hope is a 2 day charity ride north of Sydney!

Ride for Hope by ONE80TC is an annual charity ride that travels north of the Hawksbury River on the north side of Sydney, over 2 days.

This is a 5 star event, with numbers limited to 80 riders, with 2 routes available (with a more challenging route for those who like to climb).

You’ll be travelling through the Marramarra National Park and into the climbs of the Brisbane Water National Park near Gosford and then a nice roll down to the Tuggerah Lake edge and the Pacific Ocean heading towards Lake Macquarie.

The first day is a big day, with the main ride option, approx 135km, via Berowra Waters and the south side of the Tuggerah Lake. The longer option takes in the climbs to the west of Tuggerah. This is a ride for the super fit mountain goats.

You’ll be overnighting at 5 star Pullman Magenta Shores Resort.

On the second day, there is a 60km group ride, and out an back ride from the accommodation heading north to Lake Macquarie.

This is a charity ride with the minimum fundraising of $3000 with a target of $5000. All funds raised go to support the ONE80TC program.

You’ll find other cycling events, like the Ride for Hope, in our online Cycling Event Calendar.
