Explore the best of Tassie by bike with NHP Cycle 4 Change

The NHP Cycle 4 Change is a 4 day charity ride along the east coast of Tasmania from Launceston To Hobart, on some of the world’s best riding roads.

Over 4 days you’ll cover both a combination of challenging and relaxing days with a ride totaling 467km and 5890m of climbing. An optional extra 5th day to climb Mt Wellington will be offered to extend the ride to 520km and 7550m of climbing. Daily routes generally vary between 100 to 160km in length and over 1000m of climbing, with the exception of Day 1.

The itinerary (Subject to change):

  • Day 1: Launceston to St Helens – 165km 3040m
  • Day 2: St Helens to Coles Bay – 113km 863m
  • Day 3: Coles Bay to Triabunna- 107km 834m
  • Day 4: Triabunna to Hobart – 82km 1153m
  • Optional extra day Day 5: Mt Wellington – 53km 1660m

You will ride through some of Tasmania’s most stunning landscape with iconic climbs, mountain tops, valleys, rivers, oceans and more.
